Agile Feature Owner
Job Description
We are seeking an Agile Feature Owner to join our fantastic development team. As a Feature Owner at Solutions 30, you play a crucial role in the further internal development of our field services business and WFM (Workforce Management) tool. You act as a link between business and IT and you will be responsible for leading the development of new features and enhancements for our WFM tool.
How does your day looks like?
- Collaborate with product manager, product owners of cross-functional teams and business analysts to define and prioritize new product features and enhancements.
- Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to clarify requirements and define story scopes.
- Facilitate decision-making and consensus-building across teams and stakeholders.
- Write user stories, UX requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure that features are delivered on-time and meet requirements.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Support our QA team with user testing and organize acceptance testing.
- Communicate progress, roadmap updates and possible impediments to stakeholders
